- Antipasto tart , olive tapenade , fresh herb dressing
- Pumpkin arancini , caramelised cherry tomato and basil ragu
- Sesame crusted avocado , edamame & soba noodle salad , Asian dressing
Main
- Wild mushroom ragu filled field mushroom , goats cheese , sticky onions and asparagus
- Slow roasted spiced cauliflower , tandoori coconut sauce , coriander pesto
- Cashew crusted pumpkin , crispy sage , burnt butter sauce , rocket and Parmesan
- Egg plant parmigiana , silky eggplant , rich and sweet tomato sauce topped with aged pecorino
