Hot Buffet Menus Dishes
- Saffron chicken , Sicilian olives , preserved lemon Tagine. Smoked slow roasted beef brisket with confit shallots and our sweet bbq q sauce
- Rosemary and sea salt rubbed lamb shoulder, served with Mediterranean grilled vegetables and pan jus
- Ginger, soy braised pulled pork, shredded and served with Asian greens and crispy wontons
- Salt and pepper squid, stir fried vegetables and fresh herbs
- Surf and turf, sliced Beef tenderloin (cooked medium) juicy. Garlic butter king prawns
- Fish of the day - grilled to perfection with lemon, lime and sweet chilli butter, herb salad

- Cold meats and pickles graze - assorted slices of gourmet deli meats, pickled onions, cornichons, caramelized onions, and aged cheddar with crusty baguette slices and salty butter
- The big cheese graze - a lovely variety of cheeses everyone loves, Sharp aged cheddar, creamy brie, stinky yet mellow blue cheese, Jarlsberg, and goat cheese. Accompanied by condiments and crackers to pack a punch.
