Keep within your Wedding Budget
Make a list of items needed for your wedding in order of importance. Then direct funds to items at the top. If a multi-course dinner rates much higher than decorations, opt for a Central Coast wedding venue that provides an inventory of decorations or a beautiful garden venue that needs little decorating.

Wedding Planners in Central Coast
Check whether the wedding venues you’re considering provide a wedding coordinator to assist you with ceremony and reception details. How will this person help you? Will they be able to help you create a wedding which will fit your personal style? Are packages available that you can customise? Be sure that the venue can accommodate any special requests you have.
On-site help
If there is a wedding coordinator, find out if she will be at the Central Coast venue on your wedding day. If so, she can give you a list of her duties and tell you how she will ensure that everything flows smoothly. Or a catering manager or other professional may take charge.
Food for Your Wedding
You want to be certain that food will be prepared for guests who have dietary restrictions. Also, note choices available for children. To avoid disappointment, check the policy on leftover food as well as outside wedding cakes, if desired. BYO alcohol may or may not be allowed.
Wedding Location
It is most convenient to have the ceremony and reception at one location. If you desire a church wedding, some venues include a chapel (like ours at Linton Gardens!).
Many have options for outdoor ceremonies. If you prefer two locations, consider the expediency and logistics of moving your entire bridal party and guests from one location to the other.
Bridal party
Your wedding venue should have a preparation area, adorned with large mirrors, for the bride and her bridal party. The space should serve all of your needs. Some prep areas may even include overnight accommodation. Don’t forget to inquire about facilities available to the groom and groomsmen.
Wedding Accommodation in Central Coast
Undoubtedly, some of your guests will require overnight accommodation. The venue may offer rooms or provide transportation to nearby hotels. Take advantage of all guest services. If your guests are happy, you will be too!
